Visitor management systems make it easy to print custom badges for your visitors and employees to track visitors and employee time and attendance. The Advanced Time & Attendance System comes with everything you need to start printing custom badges, including a single-sided Magicard Enduro+ printer and a thermal Dymo LabelWriter 450 Turbo printer along with PassagePoint Global software.

Easily Print Durable ID Badges with the Enduro+

The Magicard Enduro+ ID card printer is ideal for medium to large organizations that manage multiple visitors and employees every day. These durable PVC badges are great for long-term visitors or employees, because the plastic material can easily stand up to daily wear and tear.

If you need to print ID cards with visual security elements, you can't beat the price and speed of Magicard's HoloKote watermark system. The watermark makes it easy to tell when a card is authentic, and when combined with Magicard's HoloPatch cards your cards will be identifiable from up to six feet away. The HoloKote watermark system comes free with your ID printer, and does not require any additional supplies.

High Resolution Thermal Printing

The Dymo LabelWriter is easy to use, and can print a variety of labels. The thermal printing technology can print clear, crisp text, graphics, and barcodes to fit any basic visitor ID design. If you have temporary visitors in your building, the Dymo is great for creating temporary badges that can be thrown away at the end of their visit.

Because the Dymo LabelWriter uses direct thermal printing, you'll never need to buy ink or toner—your only supply cost are the labels, saving you time and money. The Dymo thermal printer only prints monochrome black badges, for badges with text or barcodes. This Dymo printer is compact, lightweight, and extremely quiet, perfect for use on an office desk. The Dymo LabelWriter can print up to 71 labels per minute, so you can quickly and efficiently check in large numbers of visitors.

Powerful Visitor Management Software

PassagePoint Global visitor management software makes it easy to design visitor badges and keep detailed visitor records. With this detailed database you can see records for all current visitors, any visitors from earlier in the day, and visitors registered to come in later that day.

A simple drag and drop interface makes it easy to design visitor or staff badges in just a few steps. PassagePoint Global allows you to store multiple card templates, so you can have several badge designs with different required visitor information.

When adding new visitors to your database, you can choose to type in their information or scan it into the database from their business card or driver's license with a separate scanner. If you need to add multiple visitors at once, use the handy list import feature to save time.

With PassagePoint Global, you can also turn your employee ID cards into an easy time and attendance tracking program. By simply swiping or scanning the barcode on employee ID cards, you can keep accurate records of when employees clock in and out for breaks, lunch, and at the end of the day.

Compact, quiet, and incredibly fast, the Dymo LabelWriter 450 Turbo Thermal Printer produces up to 71 high-resolution labels per minute. Since the LabelWriter uses direct thermal printing rather than ink or toner, you save on supply costs.

Dymo Compatible Time Expiring Adhesive Name Badges - 250ct

These adhesive name badges are perfect for creating temporary visitor IDs. After printing out the name badge, simply apply one of the included time-expiring disks over the preprinted "STOP" sign located on the bottom corner of the name badge label. 12 hours later, the STOP sign will show through, and it will be obvious that the badge has expired. - 250 to a roll

Magicard Pronto ID Card Printer

This printer can be upgraded with magnetic stripe encoding to hold cardholder data. If upgrading to magnetic stripe encoding, be sure to also select magnetic stripe cards.
