AlphaCare/AlphaCarePlus coverage is an exclusive benefit for the original purchaser (individual or company), and is nontransferable. "Lifetime" coverage remains during the life of your card printer or software as long as software is running on a supported computer platform and printer parts are available, and it is not beyond repair.

One hour of free setup assistance and training is included with purchase of a complete system including a printer and software. Thirty minutes is included with the purchase of a standalone printer and/or a standalone license of AlphaCard ID Suite software. Training expires 30 days after purchase, may not be applied towards original system cost or other goods or services, and is non refundable. Free training does not extend to any non-AlphaCard ID Suite software.

To ensure continuous coverage AlphaCarePlus will renew automatically using the original rate & pay method. You may cancel at any time, but at least 30 days prior to renewal.

The AlphaCare program is offered as a courtesy to AlphaCard customers and may be modified or cancelled at any time without notification. This policy may be superseded by subsequent policies. It is our desire and intention to provide the highest level of continuing service to our customers.
