Thanks to an innovative modular design, Fargo DTC1000, DTC4000 and DTC4500 ID card printers are able to accept in-field upgrade to increase their printing and encoding capabilities. The Fargo 47710 is a field-upgradeable magnetic stripe encoder that gives you the ability to create multifunctional IDs using JIS II magnetic stripe encoding. You can add the encoder to your printer at any time.
