Paired with software and printing supplies, this system has everything you need to get you started on professional ID card printing right out of the box.

Magicard Pronto ID Card Printer

The Magicard Pronto is a compact and affordable ID card printer perfect for low-volume on-demand card printing. This single-feed printer delivers edge-to-edge full-color printing on durable PVC cards. The Pronto is well-suited for a range of ID applications including employee and student IDs, membership cards, loyalty cards, and more.

Easy, Low Volume Printing

Each card is hand-fed into the printer and printed individually. It takes just 35 seconds to produce a full-color photo ID, and only 7 seconds to print a monochrome card.

Loaded with intuitive features, the Magicard Pronto is very easy to set up and operate right out of the box. The printer features a color-coded status LED screen, a USB interface and a Microsoft-certified plug-and-play driver.

Secure Cards with Magicard HoloKote

Like most Magicard printers, the Pronto offers a high level of card security. It comes standard with Magicard's patented HoloKote watermark system. With HoloKote, you can apply a secure holographic watermark across the surface of each printed card at no additional cost. HoloKote help to prevent illegal duplication, and also adds an extra layer of protection against everyday wear and tear. Your choice of four HoloKote patterns is selectable from the printer driver.

When used with Magicard HoloPatch cards, one area of the HoloKote watermark is highlighted as a high-visibility security seal.

Powerful AlphaCard ID Suite card design and database management software makes it easy to design and print your custom ID cards. It takes just minutes to design cards and badges with security features, cardholder photos, signatures, and encoded data. And with the option to use the built-in database or connect outside databases including Microsoft Excel and Access, you will always have easy access to cardholder information.

AlphaCard ID Suite v11 is now fully Windows 10 compatible and supported. As Microsoft releases ongoing Windows 10 updates, you can rest assured that users of AlphaCard ID Suite v11 will receive continuous support for this Windows 10 compatible software.

AlphaCard ID Suite Basic

AlphaCard ID Suite Basic edition software does not include a cardholder database, and is designed for one-off ID card printing. The Pronto's small size and versatile features make this system a great choice for many applications. Upgrade to AlphaCard ID Suite Light software for a wider range of card design options and functionality, including a database that holds up to 200 records.

New in AlphaCard ID Suite v11: Enhanced card design wizard, high resolution barcodes, full compatibility with Dymy thermal labels, and improved language options.
