The Magicard Rio Pro Xtended Card ID Card System offers a powerful and efficient solution for printing extra long ID cards. Extended cards are ideal for ticketing, accreditations, and product labeling.

Magicard Rio Pro Xtended ID Card Printer

With the Magicard Rio Pro Xtended ID card printer, you can enjoy the same secure and efficient features of the Rio Pro while printing on longer ID cards.

Flexible ID Card Printing

Print cards up to 4.3&" long (110mm) in full color using the Rio Pro Xtended's double-printing mode. The printer can also handle pre-printed cards up to 5.5" long (140mm) by printing a CR80-sized (3.375" x 2.125") area in full color in a single pass or an area up to 4.3" x 2.1" using double-printing. In monochrome mode, print the entire length of a 5.5"" x 2.1"" card.

The Rio Pro Xtended comes with a 100-card Xtended adjustable card feeder (3.4-5.5"" x 2.1"") and a 70-card output stacker (5.5" x 2.1" card capacity). The Magicard printer is incredible efficient with print speeds of 31 seconds in color standard mode, 23 seconds in color fast mode, and just 6 seconds in monochrome mode. The Rio Pro Xtended comes with both USB and Ethernet interfaces.

Secure ID Cards with Magicard HoloKote

Magicard's patented HoloKote system is also included. With HoloKote a secure watermark is printed across the surface of every card at no additional cost. The Rio Pro Xtended also supports the Custom HoloKote Key which allows you to use your own custom image or text as a watermark, and HoloKote Flex for printing the custom watermark at any size or location across the surface of the card. Four standard HoloKote designs and one standard HoloKote Flex design are selectable from the printer driver.

Card design software makes it quick and easy to design cards, print them, and manage your cardholder database. With software features ranging from the very basic up to advanced design options, you'll find software and database options for ID card programs of every size.

AlphaCard ID Suite Standard - PC

With a wide range of capabilities, AlphaCard ID Suite Standard Edition makes it easy to produce professional ID cards with robust security features. AlphaCard ID Suite Standard also supports database connectivity for Microsoft Access, Excel, and Text DB. Design and production are simple with a step-by-step card design wizard. Photos can be captured using any TWIAN or WIA-compliant digital ID camera or device. Design elements such as text, graphics and logos, magnetic stripes and barcodes are easy to incorporate into the design.

New in AlphaCard ID Suite v11: Enhanced card design wizard, improved database functionality and connectivity, high resolution barcodes, and improved language options.

AlphaCard ID Builder – Mac

If you will be designing and printing cards from a Mac computer, you'll need to select the AlphaCard ID Builder Mac-compatible software. AlphaCard ID Builder is easy to use and comes in several different editions with a wide range of powerful design and database features. This software is compatible with Mac OSX 10.5 and above.

AlphaCard ID Builder Basic is entry-level software with a built-in database that holds up to 300 records (100 with photos). AlphaCard ID Builder Standard has an unlimited built-in database, or connections for an external XLS, XLSX, CSV, or TXT database. AlphaCard ID Builder Professional connects with external SQLite and MSAccess databases, and allows for multi-layout card designs. AlphaCard ID Builder Elite is the most advanced version with ODBC connections to an external database and user management.

Please Note: This printer's Mac driver does not support barcode or magnetic stripe encoding.
