The Metrologic MS1690, with its user-friendly design, allows for quick and accurate reading of 1D and 2D barcodes. The scanner can be held by hand for mobile use, or placed on a stand when used at a designated workstation. By incorporating high-resolution imaging and true contact reading, the Honeywell MS1690 is the perfect solution for any application that requires barcode scanning. It can even read barcodes that are poorly printed or damaged.

The MS1960 uses omnidirectional scanning, which means it can read bar codes without having to be oriented in any particular direction. That increases the speed at which you can scan. Motion Tolerance is another handy feature that allows for aggressive scanning of barcodes as they pass by the reader in presentation mode. This can prove particularly useful for ID card applications where cards are quickly waved in front of the reader.
