The School Visitor Management System comes with everything you need to start printing custom visitor badges for your school including a Dymo printer and PassagePoint EDU software.

High Resolution Thermal Printing

Compact, lightweight, and incredibly fast, the Dymo LabelWriter 450 Turbo thermal printer creates high resolution labels for name badges, packages, envelopes, folders, and more. An ideal part of any visitor management system, the Dymo LabelWriter quickly prints temporary name badges for all visitors entering your building.

The Dymo LabelWriter is easy to use, and can print a variety of labels. The thermal printing technology can print clear, crisp text, graphics, and barcodes to fit any basic visitor ID design.

Because the Dymo LabelWriter uses direct thermal printing, you'll never need to buy ink or toner—your only supply cost are the labels, saving you time and money. The Dymo thermal printer only prints monochrome black badges, for badges with text or barcodes. This Dymo printer is compact, lightweight, and extremely quiet, perfect for use on an office desk. The Dymo LabelWriter can print up to 71 labels per minute, so you can quickly and efficiently check in large numbers of visitors.

Powerful School Visitor Management Software

PassagePoint EDU visitor management software makes it easy to design visitor badges and keep detailed visitor records. With this detailed database you can see records for all current visitors, any visitors from earlier in the day, and visitors registered to come in later that day.

A simple drag and drop interface makes it easy to design visitor or staff badges in just a few steps. PassagePoint EDU allows you to store multiple card templates, so you can have several badge designs with different required visitor information.

When adding new visitors to your database, you can choose to type in their information or scan it into the database from their business card or driver's license with a separate scanner. If you need to add multiple visitors at once, use the handy list import feature to save time.

With PassagePoint EDU, you can also turn your employee ID cards into an easy time and attendance tracking program. By simply swiping or scanning the barcode on employee ID cards, you can keep accurate records of when employees clock in and out for breaks, lunch, and at the end of the day.
