Visitor badge systems make it easy for your organization to print custom badges for your visitors. This system comes with everything you need to start printing custom visitor badges, including a Dymo thermal printer and AlphaCard ID Suite software.

High Resolution Thermal Printing

Compact, lightweight, and incredibly fast, the Dymo LabelWriter 450 Turbo thermal printer creates high resolution labels for name badges, packages, envelopes, folders, and more. An ideal part of any visitor management system, the Dymo LabelWriter quickly prints temporary name badges for all visitors entering your building.

The Dymo LabelWriter is easy to use, and can print a variety of labels. The thermal printing technology can print clear, crisp text, graphics, and barcodes to fit any basic visitor ID design.

Because the Dymo LabelWriter uses direct thermal printing, you'll never need to buy ink or toner—your only supply cost are the labels, saving you time and money. The Dymo thermal printer only prints monochrome black badges, for badges with text or barcodes.

This Dymo printer is compact, lightweight, and extremely quiet, perfect for use on an office desk. The Dymo LabelWriter can print up to 71 labels per minute, so you can quickly and efficiently check in large numbers of visitors.

Powerful AlphaCard ID Suite card design and database management software makes it easy to design and print your custom ID cards. It takes just minutes to design cards and badges with security features, cardholder photos, signatures, and encoded data. And with the option to use the built-in database or connect outside databases including Microsoft Excel and Access, you will always have easy access to cardholder information.

AlphaCard ID Suite v11 is now fully Windows 10 compatible and supported. As Microsoft releases ongoing Windows 10 updates, you can rest assured that users of AlphaCard ID Suite v11 will receive continuous support for this Windows 10 compatible software.

AlphaCard ID Suite Basic

AlphaCard ID Suite Basic edition software does not include a cardholder database, and is designed for one-off ID card printing. The Pronto's small size and versatile features make this system a great choice for many applications. Upgrade to AlphaCard ID Suite Light software for a wider range of card design options and functionality, including a database that holds up to 200 records.

New in AlphaCard ID Suite v11: Enhanced card design wizard, high resolution barcodes, full compatibility with Dymy thermal labels, and improved language options.
