eCommerce Product Data Specialist
AlphaCard, a leading B2B eCommerce company, is looking for a full-time eCommerce Product Data Specialist in our Portland office that will manage products across multiple systems. The ideal candidate is extremely organized & detail oriented, able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain products & pricing in Netsuite & Magento websites
- Ensure accurate product data and pricing across all systems
- Hands-on management of Magento data updates
- Optimize online categories, merchandising, and on-site search results to improve website conversion
- Create and maintain Amazon and Google product datafeeds
- Act as liaison for updates from product manufacturers
- Perform competitive pricing analysis to drive pricing & merchandising strategy
- Manage product lifecycle; prioritize new product queue; retire discontinued products
- Responsible for product sales & margin reporting
Desired Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with focus in Business/Marketing/Economics
- 2-5 years' experience with eCommerce, online merchandising or product data management
- Familiar with CSV imports/exports and databases
- Fast learner; able to quickly learn new software & systems
- Excellent attention to detail, organization & time management
- Comfortable with MS Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, CONCATENATE, IF, etc.)
